Returns & Exchanges

At The Linen Company, we want you to love your home essentials; if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned linens must be in their original packaging and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the linens and place them in their original fabric bags and shipping box, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
